How can I contact you?

Where are you located?

  • We are located in Berryville, Virginia, USA and do not have a retail presence.

When will my order arrive?

  • In stock items usually arrive in 2 - 5 days

How will I know when my order has shipped?

  • You will receive a notice with tracking/shipping information

What is your return policy?

  • Refunds are given on clean, unused merchandise with in fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please contact julie@beaumont-hosue.com with your order number to arrange for return/exchange.

Is my item machine washable?

  • Yes. As with any handcrafted/handprinted fabric, I recommend washing on cold or warm/gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Each garment is slightly different a reflection of the craftsman who hand printed the fabric. Our fabrics are printed using natural dyes and may fade slightly over time. This adds to the character of the garment. Cotton items may shrink slightly and require touch up with an iron or steamer (set to the cotton setting). .For vintage textiles or embroidered pieces, dry clean.

Where do you ship?

  • Currently we ship to United States addresses.

What if my package is lost/stolen?

  • Beaumont House Design cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Lost/Stolen packages are frustrating and disappointing. Please contact me if this happens and I will assist in any way I can.

Do you offer gift wrap?

  • Each package is carefully and thoughtfully wrapped so that opening the package is an experience. Please leave me a note at checkout if you would like a personal note enclosed in the box.
